Online Orders

Due to an increase in fraudulent activity in e-commerce we are forced to change our policy regarding billing and shipping. 

  • We will not ship to an address different than the one on the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
  • No mail forwarding allowed.
  • An order that was placed at this or any of our web sites can NOT be picked up at the store. It will either be shipped to the address on the order or a new order and payment will be processed at the store. No payments via Paypal or electronically processed will be valid for store pick up.

We hope this does not cause our customers any trouble, we value you greatly but we are forced to make adjustments to protect our business.

 

Orders from Distributors

Body Shape Tech is not responsible for exchanges with third-party customers. Please direct all exchange requests to the Vendor who provided your products if different from Body Shape Tech / BST Medical Supply.
